It’s fascinating to know that sunlight travels approximately 150 million kilometers in just 8 minutes to offer us a daily light show—each time unique.

Last October, Nico had the chance to witness this colorful spectacle unfold right before his eyes in the kitchen of his office. A beam of light struck an aluminum box, creating a reflection that resembled a kind of luminous essence.

Was it a sign? Yes.

He had just decided to embark on his project exploring shadows and light.

He was captivated by this light until its beam eventually faded later that afternoon, and it continues to inspire him to this day.

Each “Moment” consists of multiple instants, captured just minutes or hours apart.

Moment04 is available in two sizes: small (65x45cm) and large (125x85cm).
